Madi | Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula
Nurturing families is the heart of my work. Supporting people through the postpartum window isn’t something I found—it’s something that has always lived within me. While I was raised in a modern world, I’ve long felt a steady tether to our ancient ways—traditions that center rest, nourishment, and the profound transition into parenthood. This work is where those two worlds meet.
I began supporting families in 2021, and since then, I have devoted myself to protecting this window of time with deep reverence and care. Across cultures, the postpartum period has long been honored as a time when families are held, nourished, and not expected to do it all on their own. In a world that often asks new parents to move too quickly and carry too much, I am committed to preserving these traditions and returning to them with intention. I have deepened my work through formal training in Ayurvedic postpartum care.
My approach is rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, but at its core, it is about listening to you, your body, and your needs as you move through this threshold. Through warm, nourishing meals, supportive rituals, and a grounded, compassionate presence in your home, I create space for you to soften, restore, and be cared for as you step into parenthood.
