Madi | Ayurvedic Postpartum Doula
Mothering the mother and nurturing families is the heart of my work. Supporting women through the postpartum window isn’t something I found—it’s something that has always lived within me. While I was raised in a modern world, I’ve long felt a steady tether to our ancient ways—traditions that center rest, nourishment, and the profound transition into motherhood. This work is where those two worlds meet.
I began serving mothers in 2021, and since then, I have devoted myself to protecting this window of time with deep reverence and care. Across cultures, the postpartum period has long been honored as a time when women are held, nourished, and not expected to do it all on their own. In a world that often asks mothers to move too quickly and carry too much, I am committed to preserving these traditions and returning to them with intention. I have deepened my work through formal training in Ayurvedic postpartum care, which allows me to support mothers with both intuition and grounded, hands-on support.
My approach is rooted in the wisdom of Ayurveda, but at its core, it is about listening to you, your body, and your needs as you move through this threshold. Through warm, nourishing meals, supportive rituals, and a grounded, compassionate presence in your home, I create space for you to soften, restore, and be cared for as you step into motherhood.
This work is more than a service—it is a responsibility I hold with deep care and devotion. To support a mother in this tender time is to protect something essential. It is a remembering of how we are meant to care for one another, and a commitment to ensuring that mothers are supported as they bring new life into the world.
